Top 10 Natural Skincare Ingredients for Healthier Skin

top 10 natural skincare ingredients for healthier skin

Your skin may not always be the same if you're like the majority of us. It fluctuates between being oilier and drier at times, and it presumably varies with the seasons as well. Additionally, you could be becoming more interested in or worried about purchasing "clean" skin care or body care products, which makes the process of choosing a product much more challenging. Feel. totally supports the clean skincare movement, which is why we don't use any dangerous chemicals like parabens, phthalates, SLS, or formaldehyde in the formulation of any of our products.

You should keep in mind that the term "natural" is not regulated but can be certified. In our case, our products are natural and organic, certified by ECOCERT.  Our product formulas contain hundreds of different ingredients, of which about 95% are certified organic and derived from sustainable farming methods.

Today we are going to present the top 10 natural ingredients that we recommend and use in our beauty products.

Hyaluronic acid

What is Hyaluronic acid ?

Our bodies naturally produce hyaluronic acid, which is useful since it can store 1,000 times its weight in water. This not only helps in the retention of moisture in the skin but also stops moisture from escaping into the atmosphere.

Why should I use skincare products that contain Hyaluronic acid ?

For both dry and oily skin types, it's one of the greatest hydrating products on the market. A hyaluronic acid serum is a fantastic supplement to many skincare routine, particularly in the summer to fall and winter months when indoor heating, falling temperatures, and humidity levels may seriously dry your skin.

What are Ceramides ?

Think of your skin cells as the bricks, and these fats—ceramides are long-chain lipids—as part of the mortar that hold cells together and keep outside irritants at bay.

Why should I use skincare products that contain Ceramides ?

Ceramide levels decrease as we get older, therefore it's critical to apply extra to preserve our skin healthy and smooth. In their plant-derived (phytoceramide) forms, the ceramides found in skincare products are exact replicas of the original. The research supports their high efficacy; a Japanese study found that using ceramides increased skin moisture by more than 100%.

Argan oil

What is Argan Oil ?

It includes Vitamin E, ferulic acid, carotenoids, and a balanced ratio of oleic and linoleic acid, making it lighter than some other natural oils. This plant oil, made from the kernels of the argan tree, offers several advantages for all skin types.

Why should I use skincare products that contain Argan Oil ?

Argan oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that moisturizes skin while assisting in the prevention and treatment of sun damage symptoms. Additionally, it works effectively to minimize stretch marks, scarring, and the visibility of wrinkles and fine lines. It works well on normal to oily skin that is prone to acne. We advise using skincare products containing a heavier oil, such coconut oil, if your skin is really dry.
